Our founder and CEO of Caribbean Realty has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, beginning his career in the fascinating world of sales 30 years ago with the multinational Coca Cola Puerto Rico Bottler, working for 10 years in Sales and Marketing which was a stage of great success and learning in marketing and advertising.
In 1999 he started in the Real Estate industry with the Real Estate firm Sun Realty in San Juan P.R exceeding expectations and becoming Rookie of the Year. In 2000 he formed his own firm Caribbean Realty with his wife Karen Johnson, being one of the pioneer real estate firms on the island to publish his properties digitally on their caribbeanrealty.com website.
Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of families achieve the most precious thing in homeownership. In 2012 he was selected as Real Estate Agent of the Year by the Board of Real Estate Agents of Bayamón. He has belonged to the Board of Directors of his Board to various leadership positions throughout his career in the Association of Real Estate Agents of Puerto Rico. He currently belongs to the group of Exclusive Listing Broker of the National Select Portfolio Services and HUD Listing Agent of the Urban Housing Development HUD properties. Eduardo considers that what he enjoys the most is advising his clients so that each listing he draws out his best version and looks radiant, regardless of its value supported by new technological trends. At the same time, he loves working as a team with his agents, colleagues in the industry, mortgage bankers and attorneys, believing that they are all important parts of a successful transaction. His commitment, dedication and perseverance have led him to have prestige and respect in the real
estate industry.
Edward Irizarry began his career in real estate at the age of 21, coming from a family that has raised him in the real estate business. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in Bayamón with a specialization in Marketing and Business.
Freddie Ramos, joined the Caribbean Realty team in 2018 bringing his sales experience to the team. He brought a different approach to customer service and sales platform.
Edwin Yadiel Cordero has an extensive profile in finance, he has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance, with Emphasis in Investments.
Graduated in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Eddie has more than 5 years of experience in sales in different industries, which has allowed him to diversify his knowledge and skills.
