A graduate of the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Pedro embarked on his career in the real estate sector in early 2024. Pedro quickly made his mark by joining Caribbean Realty, one of Puerto Rico’s most reputable and well-established real estate firms. Working alongside such a knowledgeable team has provided him with invaluable experience, allowing him to rapidly acquire key insights into market analysis, property valuation, and client negotiation.
At just 22 years old, Pedro reached a major career milestone by earning his Realtor certification through the Bayamón Board of Realtors. This early achievement highlights his dedication, strong work ethic, and his ability to quickly navigate the complexities of the real estate landscape.
Specializing in the northern region of Puerto Rico, Pedro possesses an in-depth knowledge of this vibrant and highly sought-after market.
